Is there an online resource to help review my small business?
My business is about to turn 2 years old. I’m in a position where I can continue with my business or take the easy road and get a regular job. My current salary is about $35,000 / year and I could make about $80,000 / year if I was working for another company.
Now, how to get the business to take off?
I finally have passed quite a few hurdles that have been holding me back, including having enough experience and testimonials to acquire business. I manage practically every part of the organization (Sales, Service, Customer Support, Quality Assurance, etc).
Does anyone have an online resource for small business owners?
It is hard to look at my business objectively since I am so deep into it. I feel like a common sense checklist or article could really do me some good. Thanks for any advice…
I suggest that you spend a bit of money and have a business consultant go through your business with you before you make the choice to return the work force. If you have had your business running for two years now and making some money it might be better to find a way for you make more. When a small business owner does all the work for themselves they tend to loose money. It may cost you in the beginning but in the long run it is better.
